Costs

Occupational therapy
In Julia Holzhäuser’s private practice for occupational therapy, private prescriptions and BG cases can be used. Prescriptions from statutory health insurance patients cannot be billed.

Naturopathy (corresponds to §8 of the treatment contract)
All invoices are self-payer invoices and are not issued according to GebüH (scale of fees for alternative practitioners). Reimbursement of treatment costs by health insurance companies is not to be expected. Irrespective of a deviating assessment of medical necessity or a deviating reimbursement by aid organisations or private health insurances, the costs are to be paid in full. According to §4 No.14 of the Value Added Tax Act, naturopathic services are exempt from value added tax. The PATIENT pays the costs for services, practice costs (operating costs) and medication, they are based on expenditure, time and consumption. They are not dependent on success.

The normal costs for diagnostics, counselling and treatments (without medication) are approx. 96 € for 40 minutes. Special applications with expensive medical technology can cost twice as much.

Cost of a new admission: € 180 incl. 60-70 min. anamnesis, counselling and administration costs

For treatments lasting several days, the PATIENT pays 75% of the costs before the start of the treatment.
At the end of the treatment, a final invoice (or credit note) will be issued with a detailed list of the services and settlement of the advance payments. Payment can be made in cash, by EC/credit card or by bank transfer. In the event of cancellation, the costs for personal medication cannot be refunded!
